One look at this game and you think, heck no. This game is for little kids. Well it's not. This game is amazing. The one player mode will have you obsessed with trying to get the three hidden characters you can get through 1 player mode. The choice of characters is amazing. There's Kirby, Samus of Metroid fame, Mario, Pikachu of Pokemon, Donkey Kong, Link, Fox McCloud from Starfox, and everybody's favorite dino, Yoshi. Not to mention 4 hidden characters including Luigi, Ness from Earthbound, Jigglypuff of Pokemon fame, and Captain Falcon from F-Zero There's training, and even practice for two of the three bonus rounds in the game. The multiplayer is amazing. 4-player mode is absolutely frantic with people running around attacking anyone. This game is fun. No doubt about it. It gets boring with only one person, but if you have three friends, the game play gets better.
The graphics in the game are okay at best. They're not breakthrough graphics that will change the course of video games forever, but they're not choppy. The sound is great with effects for all the moves, hits, and even when the characters get blasted out of the arena. The music on the stages gets annoying after a while, but you barely have time to notice, since the gameplay is so fast. You'll find yourself playing the multiplayer hours before even considering stopping.

Gameplay: -8.5- Better with three friends
Graphics: -9- Not groundbreaking, but not crappy either. The detail in costume colors is amazing.
Presentation: -8- Easy to figure out. Training mode helps
Lasting Appeal: -7.5- Gets really boring with only one person
Overall Rating: -8-
